Chicken on the right has a chipotle and apricot sauce
Four tablespoon of Smucker's apricot simply fruit and two
chipotle pepers I didn't remove the seeds but I will next time.
little 2 table spoons of water and 4 table spoons of ketchup. Place
in a food processor combine. smother chicken with the sauce and bakc
chicken normally. If you enjoy hotter things add more chipotles peppers.
